WhoIsThis has two separate billing systems, and that decides where you manage your subscription:
- In the Android app → billed by Google Play. Manage and cancel it in Google Play.
- On our website → billed by us; manage and cancel at https://whoisthis.io/cancellation.
If you can't find a subscription in one place, check the other. A Google Play charge looks different on your statement than a website charge.
