- Coins vs. subscription: if the paywall shows coin packs, you've used your credits and need a top-up — not another subscription.
- Sync delay: balances update within a few seconds of a purchase. If not, close and reopen the app, or tap Restore Purchases.
- Right account: make sure you're signed into the account/store ID that holds the subscription.
