A double charge in the app is usually one of:
- Two subscriptions (e.g. one in the app and one on our website — different billing systems).
- The same account subscribed from two devices/platforms (iOS and Android).
- A bank-side duplicate.
Check Settings → Subscriptions (Apple) or Payments & subscriptions (Google) for extra subscriptions and cancel the duplicate. For store-billed double charges, request a refund through Apple/Google (above). Still stuck? Email info@whoisthis.io.
