How to request a refund

For purchases made on our website:

1. Email info@whoisthis.io with the subject "Refund Request."
2. Include: your account email, purchase date, payment method, and reason.
3. We respond within 1–3 business days.

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days to appear) and your subscription is cancelled.
