Free trial. If you cancel during your trial, you won't be charged the recurring price. If you cancelled in time but were still charged, contact us — once we verify your request was received on time, we'll refund you.
Web (Stripe) purchases. Refund requests for charges made on our website are reviewed by our support team case-by-case. See How to request a refund (web). We respond within 1–3 business days; if approved, the refund goes to your card in 5–10 business days and your subscription is cancelled.
Not eligible: promotional or gift credits; accounts that have already received multiple refunds.
