Cancelling takes about a minute. Follow these steps:
Step 1 — Open the cancellation page. Go to https://whoisthis.io/cancellation. If you're not signed in, you'll see a "Sign in to manage your subscription" prompt — tap Sign In.
Step 2 — Sign in. A sign-in box appears, and we bring you right back to this page afterward.
- If you set a password when you signed up (most accounts): enter your email and password and tap Sign In.
- If you joined through a special offer and never set a password: tap Forgot password? to create one (or use the sign-in link in your welcome email). You'll then be asked to set a password before continuing.
Step 3 — Review and continue. You'll see a "We're sorry to see you go" screen. You may be asked a quick reason or shown a one-time offer — choose Continue to cancel to proceed.
Step 4 — Cancel your subscriptions. You'll see every plan that renews on your account. Tap Cancel on a plan to cancel just that one, or Cancel all subscriptions to cancel everything. You keep access until the renewal date shown, auto-renewal is off, and you won't be charged again.
