If you see more than one WhoIsThis charge:
Possible causes: two subscriptions started (e.g. signing up twice with different emails); a pending authorization hold that later drops off; a duplicate posted by the bank in error.
What to do:
- Note the dates and amounts from your statement.
- Check whether you have more than one active subscription (more than one welcome email).
- Cancel any duplicate at https://whoisthis.io/cancellation.
- Email info@whoisthis.io with your account email, the charge dates/amounts, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll investigate and make it right.
