Suspicious or unauthorized transaction — what to do

If you see a WhoIsThis charge you don't recognize at all:

1. Contact us first. Email info@whoisthis.io with your account email, the charge date and amount, and the last 4 digits of the card. We'll review and start a refund or cancellation if warranted — usually faster than a bank chargeback.
2. We'll verify the charge against our records and your subscription.
3. If it's unauthorized, we'll resolve it and help secure your account.
